Course once enrolled can't be changed to other course

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed.

In the case of returns/cancellations of a particular product/products or service/services offered by us no refund is issued.

Course allotment is deemed complete upon issuance of login credentials and/or grant of access to any course content whether live, recorded, or hybrid and no refund shall be payable thereafter. Changes to batch schedules, cohort start dates, instructor availability, or delivery mode do not constitute non-allotment or deficiency of service, and shall not entitle the learner to a refund.

There is a Strict no refund & no cancellation policy. You are entitled to a refund only in the case where you have not been allotted any course(after recorded course allotment, no refund) after payment.
